Não que signifique uma apelação de quem perdeu. Mas o SILÊNCIO DA ATUAL DIREÇÃO sobre o caso Mateus é constrangedor, para não dizer, IRRESPONSÁVEL. Me causa espécie que o Dr. Eng. Paulo Carvalho não tenha se manifestado oficialmente sobre isto. O RAFC FOI LESADO e aceitamos candidamente esta situação. PROFUNDA DECEPÇÃO. Uma direcção que se mostrou sempre correta e profissional, gerindo o clube com retidão espartana, agora se apequena e não se posiciona em defesa de nossos interesses. Será porque não somente somos um clube de pequeno poder aquisitivo, mas também somos um clube de mentalidade pequena?? Uma pena... RAFC até MORRER !!! Antes de se tomar qualquer posição sobre o famigerado "Caso Mateus" é importante que quem sobre ele se pronuncie conheça os regulamentos do futebol. Cada sócio poderá fazer a sua análise da situação, mas faltam ainda conhecer muitos elementos: o referido artigo 63º, diz no seu número 1 que os clubes que, salvo nos casos directa, expressa e legalmente previstos, submetam aos tribunais a apreciação de questões contidas na regulamentação desportiva serão punidos com a pena de baixa de divisão. O n.º 2 diz que não carece de autorização a interposição de acções judiciais destinadas a efectivar a responsabilidade por factos ilícitos praticados pela LPFP, titulares dos seus órgãos ou funcionários. Perante tudo isto, a prudência, na minha opinião, é boa conselheira. Rio Ave sempre. Tal como o Socorro fez questão de frisar, neste momento cabe aguardar pelas decisões oficiais e deixar de lado a mera especulação. Entretanto para quem ainda não leu pode espreitar estes dois posts do blogue parceiro Megafone sobre o "Caso Mateus" e o "Caso Mapuata". Caso Mapuata: Caso Mateus: São mais elementos para "apimentar" uma polémica que penso que no diz respeito ao Rio Ave não terá muita história... Mas vamos aguardar e acreditar que se faça justiça! O q interessa agora é concentrar as atenções na px época e fazer uma boa carreira na 2ª liga para conseguir a manutenção o + rapidamente possivel http://sergiopmgomes.blogspot.com Sou da opinião que o Rio Ave já deveria ter marcado o terreno, mostrando-se atento em relação ao "Caso Mateus". Isso, de resto, obrigaria o V. Guimarães a meter-se também ao barulho. É claro que fomos prejudicados por todo este imbróglio. Como se justifica que a queixa inicial do V. Setúbal tenha sido arquivada? Se fosse logo ali decretada a descida do Gil Vicente, ou então eles não somassem os 6 pontos que obtiveram com o Mateus, isso mudaria por completo o alinhamento da Liga. Alguém dúvida que se o Rio Ave chegasse com 34 pontos contra 27 a Barcelos, com o Gil já despromovido, não estariam 12 mil pessoas de Barcelos no estádio e o jogo correria a nosso favor? O Belenenses foi mais prejudicado do que o Rio Ave com o "Caso Mateus" porquê? O Mateus não jogou contra eles, como não jogou contra nós. Não pode existir relação directa causa/efeito. Pergunta: Em minha opinião, o Gil Vicente terá sempre de ser despromovido por ter recorrido aos Tribunais Civis. Isso deixaria a Liga com 15 equipas. Os clubes directamente prejudicados pela utilização do Mateus, Belenenses, Rio Ave e Vitória de Guimarães deveriam completar o leque de 18. O Penafiel não tem direito moral de reclamar seja o que for, dado que o seu afastamento pontual quando recebeu o Penafiel em casa na segunda volta retirava-lhe qualquer possibilidade de permanência. A notícia da semana é a contratação do famoso médico Luís "Vitaminas" Lourenço para chefiar o Departamento Médico do Rio Ave. Consta que a nossa Direcção vai investir num laboratório ao lado dos balneários para o "alquimista" poder trabalhar. Em termos "químicos" promete ser a nossa melhor época de sempre. Ao menos pedalada não deve faltar, para compensar a tristeza e falta de garra que caracterizou o final da época passada. Apesar das manifestações contrárias, continuo com a mesma opinião: A DIREÇÃO DO RAFC DEMONTRA UMA OMISSÃO MUITO FORTE QUANDO SILENCIA NO CASO MATEUS. Podem estar aguardando o posicionamento oficial, é verdade, mas de nada adiantará reclamar depois do segundo copo de leite derramado. Se o justo é a liga com 18 ou 20, não vem ao caso agora e nem quero saber. O RAFC foi prejudicado diretamente com essa aldrabice. É certo que nosso choro poderia não encontrar corpo e termos nossa pretensão negada, mas o silêncio é decepcionante. A pasmaceira está geral e prova cabal disso é a aceitação do fato de que iremos apenas "disputar" a II Liga com um grupo que não desrespeite nossa história e nossa cidade. Parece até que a direção comemorou a despromoção: "ufa... agora poderemos nos aquietar na II Liga, é menos exposição, menos confusão...". O pensamento DEVERIA ser o da vitória SEMPRE, mas pelo visto meia sarganita já basta... Concordo JC Maia com este teu último comentário... apenas "disputar" a II liga nunca poderá ser somente o objectivo do Rio Ave, também é verdade que a direcção não deve bradar aos sete ventos que vamos subir... mas um pouco mais de ambição não ficava nada mal... Em primeiro lugar ainda não existe uma decisão definitiva sobre o mesmo. A falar-se neste momento, está-se a falar de hipóteses. Com toda a possibilidade de erro.
Em segundo lugar a LPFP terá sido notificada por um tribunal civil de uma decisão desse tribunal. Nessa altura os órgãos da LGPF, com competência, não tomaram nenhuma atitude.
Em terceiro lugar o Regulamento Disciplinar da Liga é taxativo: no caso de um clube/sad ser punido com a baixa de divisão, e por isso não preencher os requisitos legais e regulamentares estabelecidos, a vaga seráão) preenchida(s) pelo(s) Clubes/Sad da Superliga melhor classificados na época anterior. Ver atigos 63º do Regulmaneto Disciplinar da Liga e 87º do Regulamento das Competições da Liga.
Acresce que não está em causa o realinhamento classificativo das equipas participantes, anulando-se os pontos obtidos dos jogos em que o clube/sad que baixou de divisão conquistou.
No "Caso Mateus" quem recorreu aos tribunais foi o Clube ou o atleta? Esssa acção não seria necessária para responsabilizar as entidades/pessoas referidas no n.º 2, por eventual prática culposa de factos ilícitos?
Após o desfecho do processo é possível tomar-se uma posição. A qual dependerá de como a LPFP se posicionar: desce um e sobe o outro?, ficam os dois na SuperLiga? Neste caso, sim, O Rio Ave terá uma palavra a dizer.

Nem queria falar no precedente do Caso Mapuata, mas parece-me que a situação mais justa perante tudo o que se passou seria manter 18 clubes, dado que Rio Ave e V. Guimarães têm razões objectivas de queixa em todo este processo. Gostava, como rioavista, de ter ouvido uma palavra ou pelo menos lido um comunicado a este respeito. Não basta ter o major Valentim Loureiro nas nossas festas de aniversário a declamar discursos inflamados. Na hora da verdade, e desculpem-me a expressão, cagam-nos sempre na cara.

O cerno da questão, para mim, é que não foi apenas o Belenenses a ser prejudicado por este imbróglio, mas houve mais 2 clubes com razões de queixa, um dos quais o Rio Ave. De resto, continua por esclarecer a razão pela qual a primeira queixa, do Vitória de Setúbal, foi arquivada. Essa sim, poderia ter dado por completo a volta à Liga a meio da época. É um mistério que o silêncio da Liga e da Comissão Disciplinar ainda não permitiu desfazer.

Não espero posição oficial do Rio Ave sobre o "Caso Mateus", porque a direcção do Rio Ave NUNCA tem posição sobre nada...infelizmente ainda durante o campeonato quando consequentemente eramos roubados, jogo após de jogo, não tinham posição, o silêncio da direcção era tão grande que ainda me doi a alma ... sinceramente...a direcção podia ter feito muito mais...
